Club Guidelines

Please note the following parent guidelines. They will help ensure a great relationship between your family and the Club. We thank you for reading.

Behavioral and Disciplinary Guidelines

Children with special needs may not be suitable for this program. Any child whose behavior/needs are beyond our capacity to serve may need to find care elsewhere. We are not a licensed daycare or special needs facility.
Discipline problems will be handled by the Club Director, who has sole discretion on consequences that may include: verbal warning, parent notification, suspension, or even expulsion.
If a child cannot adjust to the program, the parents will be notified and membership may be canceled without a refund. Severe or repeated discipline problems will result in suspension/expulsion without a refund.

Property Guidelines

The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please do not allow your child to bring toys or valuables to the Club.
You are responsible for the cost of damage to Club equipment, property, or facilities.
Healthy Food Zone

In order to promote a healthier lifestyle, it is the Club's policy to restrict the consumption of unhealthy foods while at the Club. The following items are not allowed in the building: candy, chips (unless baked), soda, and fast food. Thank you for supporting us in our efforts to promote healthy lifestyles.
