The Boys and Girls Club of West San Gabriel Valley serves youth ages 6-17. Children MUST be six years or older at the time of enrollment. Children can be enrolled at any point during the membership period once he or she is six years or older. Official documentation showing proof of birth is required for 6-8 year old children - originals are fine as they will be immediately returned to the parent/guardian. A current photo is required at the time of registration. Photos must be clear, in color, and taken within the last calendar year. Photos will not be returned.

Drop off

Members shall NOT be dropped off prior to the Club opening. There is no supervision prior to the Club opening daily. If you need help coordinating your child's transportation to the Club, please read about our Transportation Program.

Pickup Procedures

As a matter of safety, all parents/guardians must report to the front desk to pick up their children. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to determine who will be responsible for picking up the child. Anyone who is to pick up your child from the Club must be listed in our system as able to pick up.  

Late Pickup Fee

We expect that all children be picked up by 6:30pm. Parents/Guardians will be charged a late fee for any child(ren) not picked up on time. The fee will be assessed at $1.00 per minute after 6:30pm. Fees must be paid by next business day. Repeated violations of this policy will result in termination of membership.

Membership Cards

Members must bring their membership card to the Club every day. If a card is lost/forgotten/damaged at time of "check-in" to the Club, a new card will be immediately issued and a fee of $2.00 will be charged to the parents. Fees must be paid by the next business day.

Field Trips

Field trips will be scheduled throughout the year and are typically on a first come, first serve basis. Please see the Front Desk for information on current field trips. A Club t-shirt is required for all field trips. If you do not have a Club t-shirt you may purchase one for $5.

Refund Policy

The Club will not issue a refund, unless a class, field trip, canceled. Otherwise there are NO REFUNDS.


We gladly accept cash, checks, and most credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. A fee of $25 will be charged to any account for a returned check. The returned check fee and all other fees must be paid in cash, money order or credit card by the next business day.
